I tryed find in snap docs step by step for copy some files to $HOME/.appname. Can your help me. I have dir templates in my source archive and what copy this dir to $HOME/.appname.
The home plug does not allow access to files and folders that start with a dot: . This is due to potential privileged information in those files. Your snap has it’s own writable folder to place configuration information called $SNAP_USER or $HOME. Snapd usually replaces the system $HOME variable when it runs a snap with the path to the snap’s writable location so you can carry on regardless.
