4.12 track creation for LXD

We’ll be releasing LXD 4.12 and so will need a “4.12" track be created for us to use.

As an outsider, how can I keep an eye on the progress of the releasing this version into snap? What are the steps?

Hmm, I should have looked here [1] first. 4.12 is currently “candidate”.
