1.15 and 1.16 tracks for MicroK8s

Hi,

The next Kubernetes release is 1.15 and we also plan to have pre-releases. Could we please have 1.15 and 1.16 tracks for microk8s?

Per Simplified track request process for snaps with predictable cadence and because “the request is for a snap which has already had tracks created, and for which the new request is consistent with previous ones for the same snap in semantics and cadence.”, I’ve +1d this request as reviewer and already created the track for microk8s 1.15 and 1.16.
