Weird error everything locked

I just got up this morning and tried to access my server (desktop) to install something my apt-get update doesn’t work, my apt-get install doesn’t work, nothing works all what i can see is this error https://prnt.sc/m5vtd8

is there anyone who can help me with this problem? if not can someone just tell me how to remove snap from my system?

My os is Ubuntu 18.10.

problem fixed.
Sorry about this actually was a problem caused by me not by snap. i had somehow touched /bin/sh file replacing whole code into it with something else which caused system and applications like snap to not work…
