Hi,
A member of our community reported that the listing for WebThings Gateway has disappeared from the snap store (" 404: Aw, snap! We couldn’t find that page"). I note that the listing for WebThings Shell has disappeared as well.
They were both set as “unlisted” but as I understand it the listings should still have been accessible. I have set them both to “public” to see if that was related but the listings have so far not re-appeared. They appear in search, but the link 404s.
Could you please advise what might have caused the listings to disappear?

This morning the listings have re-appeared. Is this because I set the snaps to “Unlisted” to “Public” yesterday, or some other reason?
In settings “Unlisted” is described as “Does not appear in search results. Anyone can visit or install using its snap name.” I assumed that “visit” meant visit the listing on the store by directly entering its URL, it just wouldn’t appear in the directory or search. This seemed to be the case when I initially set this state.
Can you please confirm what “Unlisted” means and whether if I set the snaps back to “Unlisted” (until they have a stable release) they will disappear from the store again?

From what I see your understanding of “unlisted” is proper and this is likely a bug/mismanagement at the store side.
I would suggest reporting such issues to the snapcraft.io website’s GitHub issue tracker, which can be located at the footer of the store site.
