The software Vulsearch is open source under the GNU 2.0 license. The source code is at https://bitbucket.org/clementinetextproject/vulsearch4/src/master/
I believe it is heavily dependent on Microsoft .net framework but if the source code is available then perhaps it is possible to port it to linux and make a snap of it. I wouldn’t know how to do that or how technically difficult it might be but so long as it is open source I suppose it would be theoretically possible.
