I need to provide a correction. The group email for our verified account should be “snapsupport@hp.com”. We had some internal issues with the previously provided address and won’t be usable. Sorry for the inconvienience.

Would you mind creating a Snap Store account using the aforementioned snapsupport@hp.com email? I wasn’t able to find an account with this yet, and we’ll need this to be done first before we can verify the account/publisher. I think you’ll have to accept the developer agreement when logged in as this new account at https://dashboard.snapcraft.io/dev/account/ too.
Additionally, we will need to transfer the zrt snap to this newly created account for it to be under the verified publisher account. You will be added as a collaborator to this snap as part of the transfer and retain publishing permissions. Let me know if you’re okay with this transfer and I’ll proceed with it once the account is created.

Hi @superalpaca , I have a question regarding our account. I would like to change the “Display Name”.
I would like to change it from “HP Snap Maintainers” → “HP Inc.” Is it possible to do this? I’ve looked around and have not found a way.

Hi @adam-dettenwanger ,
I think you’ll need to login to that account and update the display name (“Full name”) in Ubuntu One SSO at https://login.ubuntu.com/. Once that’s done, you may need to log out of https://dashboard.snapcraft.io/ and log in as that account for the update to be propagated.
If that doesn’t work, let me know and I’ll look into it some more.
