So looking at the Snap Store, the crypton has the most ratings - but only 4 votes
and so doesn’t even get an overall rating as to the quality of the application. And a number of the others published by @AndreiDodu have 0 ratings. As such, it is hard to gauge the quality of these snaps, and also it would seem they may not have as many users as other snaps published by existing developers who are not Star Developers.
So I am not sure if @AndreiDodu really fits the intent of Star Developers at this time.
