Verified publisher display name change for aiche-app

Hello,

I would like to request a publisher display-name change for the verified Snap Store account aiche-app.

Snap: aiche-desktop

Current display name: Pavel Pravdin

Requested display name: AICHE

Verified legal entity: AICHE Technologies, LLC

The Snap Store username should remain unchanged: aiche-app

The account completed the Verified Publisher process for AICHE Technologies, LLC: https://forum.snapcraft.io/t/verified-publisher-request-for-aiche-technologies-llc/50983

The Snap Store and Ubuntu App Center currently show the green Verified Publisher badge next to my personal name. Since the snap is officially published and maintained by AICHE Technologies, LLC, we would like the public publisher name to use the product and company brand, AICHE.

This is consistent with how App Center displays publisher brands such as Canonical, JetBrains, Gitea, and Parca Team rather than store account usernames.

Please let me know whether I need to update the Ubuntu One display name first, or whether this needs to be changed on the store side because the account is already verified.

Hello, you can change the display name by following the steps below:

  1. Update the Full Name in Ubuntu One (https://login.ubuntu.com/)
  2. Logout then login Dashboard Snapcraft (https://dashboard.snapcraft.io/)
  3. Logout then login Snapcraft.io (https://snapcraft.io/)

Once done, the publisher display name should follow from what’s specified in point #1. Let me know how it goes.

Thanks. I followed all three steps and waited more than five hours, but the publisher name still has not changed in the Snap Store or Ubuntu App Center.

Could you please check whether the Verified Publisher status is preventing the Ubuntu One name change from propagating, and let me know what the next step is?
