Username not updated

Hi @Snapcrafters I notice that username changes are temporarily disabled with an invite to contact support to request a change while this restriction is active. Is there a new way to sync the username since appear correctly in Ubuntu One account but not in snapcraft.

We’re unable to enable manual name changes in snapcraft.io at this time.

For legitimate contributors we’re happy to make this change manually for you. Could you please provide:

  • Your current Snapcraft username
  • The username you are requesting
