Uploading fails with 'binary_sha3_384: A file with this exact same content has already been uploaded' but no revision is listed

Around 13 Aug 13:31 CET we received Service unavailable. Please try again later (788c52120b4149f8930bcb484ef76eb4) while uploading one of our Snaps:

Snap name: pycharm-professional
Architecture: amd64
SHA3-384: 28982c4818124fd5deb5a7085fb71d091ce4663bd65900f574d7557b5285b52479970ae0be30f0d709303413ecc1db25

All the following attempts now fail with binary_sha3_384: A file with this exact same content has already been uploaded which is expected. But the corresponding revision is available via neither https://snapcraft.io/pycharm-professional/releases nor list-revisions. And we cannot use the snapcraft pack workaround suggested in Snap upload stuck. Help .

Could anyone please help us out here?
