Snap-store "Unable to download updates" Message

The message appears at the top of Snap Store Software on Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS

“Unable to download updates:
failed to download https://odrs.gnome.org/1.0/reviews/api/ratings: Connection terminated unexpectedly”

Icons of downloaded software, as well as non-downloaded software, are changed to the violet color square, many software are not clickable and screenshots of listed software are also not available in Snap Store.
Why this message occurred? can this be resolved by Snap Store itself or via updates?
No code tweaks, please.

PS: My internet is working fine.

I’ve a similar bug too…

That looks like the odrs service is down - which we can see from visiting https://odrs.gnome.org/ -

In addition, it’s a known bug that the software store doesn’t behave gracefully when the odrs reviews site is down. https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-software/issues/527

Looks like the service is back up and running now.

how you got that screen in my case when i visit link page says

Permission denied: 401 Unauthorized: The server could not verify that you are authorized to
access the URL requested. You either supplied the wrong credentials (e.g. a bad password), or
your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.

Looks like the ODRS site changed so now it blocks showing the content.
