I comment out “EnvironmentFile=/etc/environment” line in the file /lib/systemd/system/snapd.service and it works for me.

I am using Ubuntu 2204 server with snap version:

$ snap version snap 2.59.5 snapd 2.59.5 series 16 ubuntu 22.04 kernel 5.15.0-92-generic
