Can someone tell me if it’s possible to install a Ubuntu-core and a mir-kiosk on a tablet? How does this work?

If you have a matching gadget and kernel snap for the tablet hardware and a working graphics driver (gallium at least), there is no reason it wouldnt work …
You do not know by any chance at least some tablets with which there are no problems with the drivers? At least a couple of examples.
