Transfer snap to new publisher

We’d like to transfer a snap published in my namespace to the Canonical namespace.

The snap is ‘osmclient’, under my personal email, stone@stonetable.org. My Canonical email is adam.israel@canonical.com.

Please let me know what other information you need.
