Transfer ownership of openstack snaps to Canonical

Hi,

please transfer ownership of the following snaps to Canonical:

• epa-orchestrator
• manila-data
• openstack-network-agents

These snaps are deployed by the sunbeam project which is one the bases of the Canonical OpenStack distributions. All collaborators of the snap are Canonical employees.
