Transfer ownership of .NET 11 content snaps

Hello, I’d like to request that the following snaps be transferred to Canonical:

  • dotnet-runtime-110
  • aspnetcore-runtime-110
  • dotnet-sdk-110

This is the family of .NET 11 content snaps made available and maintained by the .NET Team/Runtimes at Canonical. We also maintain the content snaps for previous .NET major versions, e.g., dotnet-runtime-100, which are already owned by Canonical.
