Transfer ownership of Blackbox Expoter snap

Hello,

I would like to inquire whether the Blackbox Exporter snap on Launchpad can be transferred to the Observability group on LP. It’s currently maintained by @jsimpso and we have discussed having the Observability team take over maintenance for the snap.

Hi there,

I have transferred the snap to sinapahlavan as we need a specific user on the store to transfer the snap to, not a Launchpad team.
