Transfer fwupd to Canonical

Mario Limonciello⁩ talked to Ken Vandine about Canonical taking over the fwupd snap. This is my request to do that. I’m currently the “publisher” and we use the token from Mario when building in CI. I’m happy to answer questions – thanks.

Hello,

We can transfer the snap to Ken, he can then follow the process to publish it as “Canoncial”. Regarding the CI process, that might need to be adjusted after the transfer.

@kenvandine please let us know if you agree on the transfer.

@verterok that’s fine, go ahead and transfer it to me and I’ll handle transferring it to Canonical.
