Track Requests for realtime-kernel: 24-hwe-edge and 25.10

Hi,

I’d like to request new tracks, 24-hwe-edge and 25.10, for the snap realtime-kernel. These tracks should be in the private dedicated snap stores since real-time kernels are behind Ubuntu Pro, similar to the existing 24 and 24-hwe tracks. Let me know if you need any other details.

Hello,

I talked with @kevinbecker about the track naming and that might be a more native way to support this than including a risk in a track, that would be using branches for these temporary versions of the HWE kernel.

For the time being we will keep the naming as is, but will be revisited for the next series.

Both tracks created.
