Track request for foxglove bridge snap: cos-jazzy

Hello,

I’d like to request an additional track for the foxglove-bridge snap. The snap currently has the Humble and Jazzy tracks that correspond to the ROS distributions. We are making additions to the snap to work with cos for devices, and for the moment, we want to keep the humble and jazzy tracks generics. We already requested the cos-humble track in a previous thread, and now we would to request a new track called cos-jazzy. Thanks!
