In response to user requests, I have recently created an additional variant of the emacs snap which uses the ‘lucid’ X11 toolkit. Similarly to how the emacs debian package works which provides the emacs-lucid as well as emacs-pgtk and emacs-gtk etc binary packages that are all mutually exclusive, this variant of the snap is also exclusive from the other existing variants (snapshot, pgtk and master/latest).
As such an additional track is required for this to be published into and for users to install it from. For context please see the historical request where the pgtk track was requested and granted in Track request for emacs snap.
Can an additional track lucid please be created for the emacs snap?
