I also receive regularly following
firmware available - uefi dbx uefi ca and kek ca - to be downloaded which i did not as unknown on my laptop Lenovo ipad with Ub 24 ram 8gb amd Ryzen3 i continue working on my desktop with linuxcinnam 23 sorry only the inlog action seems to be the problem as far as i can judge many thanks for yr attention Guido

This appears to be two different issues, and I think we need some more information if that’s okay.
What services are you trying to log into? Are you using the email associated with your forum account in U1SSO? Are there any services you can log into? (for example, ubuntu.com/login)
Do you mean Canonical services or websites, like snapcraft.io or launchpad.net? Or do you mean other websites you can’t log into from your Ubuntu laptop?
Just to check if I am interpreting correctly - a firmware update is available for your Lenovo laptop running Ubuntu 24.04, and you have chosen not to download it? This should be unrelated to any login issues.
On Ubuntu 24.04 there should be a tool called fwupd which can be called to check for and update firmware. Calling sudo fwupdmgr refresh and then sudo fwupdmgr update should update your firmware - it’s an Ubuntu utility and pulls from the LVFS, so the firmware would be supplied by Lenovo or a partner for your laptop.
