Superproductivity uploads stuck on `Status: processing` since 2026-08-14

Hi,

Since 2026-08-14 every upload of the superproductivity snap hangs on Status: processing and never reaches a terminal state. Nothing changed on our side.

  • Last revision reviewed and released: 4441, released to latest/edge at 2026-08-14T15:58:43Z. That upload completed normally in ~3 minutes.
  • First upload that hung: 2026-08-14T16:02Z, four minutes later. The only change in our repository between those two builds is a 9-line .gitignore edit — build config, snap config and confinement are byte-identical.
  • Since then: 24 consecutive uploads, all polling Status: processing indefinitely. Our CI stops waiting after 15 minutes; one run polled for 945 seconds with no state change.
  • latest/edge has consequently served revision 4441 for 7 days.

Re-uploading the identical file returns, as expected:

and intermittently:

- binary_sha3_384: Error checking upload uniqueness.

This may be the same class of problem as two recent reports:

Could you check whether a revision after 4441 is stuck in the review queue, or missing from our revision list, and apply whichever fix applies?

Thanks for reaching out. There was indeed a revision after 4441 that is stuck, resulting to blocking the succeeding revisions from getting processed / reviewed properly. We’ve manually triggered the automated review process for the blocking revision, and it looks like the remaining revisions have been successfully reviewed as well.
