Stable distro tracks for fwupd snap

Hello :waving_hand:

We are switching Ubuntu to ship fwupd via snap and will be transitioning it over in 26.10 via a deb2snap package.

In order to help facilitate that I would like to request a 26.10/stable track (and will request new ones in future) for the fwupd snap so that we can control which fwupd version each stable series gets.
