It appears that the spread-cron repo is not running snapd-vendor-sync automatically anymore. I had to trigger a run manually to get the latest snapd - 2.29.2+git447.378f5ce~ubuntu16.04.1 building in the edge PPA. We need to figure out why its not happening on its own anymore.
