The store had a minor outage this morning which caused some snap uploads to be stuck in review 
. We have subsequently fixed the errant process and retriggered the automated reviews for those that were stuck.
However, if those snaps were using a services such as Launchpad or build.snapcraft.io to automatically release to edge, this intent has unfortunately been lost. Publishers can of course release to edge via https://snapcraft.io/<your-snap>/releases
