Snapcraft upload is getting stuck on `Status: processing` since 8 days

Hi all,

I’m part of the infrastructure and DevOps team at Blender.

Since 8 days ago our Snapcraft uploads are getting stuck in our deliver step:

Worked (May 26 2026): https://builder.blender.org/admin/#/builders/247/builds/738 deliver step took about ~4 minutes
Broken (May 27 2026): https://builder.blender.org/admin/#/builders/247/builds/739 deliver step has been continuously running for over 2 days and 9 hours with Status: processing after which we cancelled it manually

This has been going on for about 8 days now. On our side we haven’t changed anything. The latest 4.2 today was cancelled after 48 minutes.

Any idea what might have happened?

It seems very likely the same issue Snap-push-is-timing-out where @verterok mentions:

Hello,

Just checked and looks like one of the revisions was stuck and blocking any new revision to be automatically reviewed.

We Just re-queued the stuck revision and it is now approved. The queue in now being processed.

If I look at https://snapcraft.io/blender/releases I see a lot of revisions with missing Submission date since May 27:

Hello,

Yes, one of the older uploads got stuck and was blocking subsequent uploads. I’ve reran review for it, and we’re subsequent uploads are being reviewed as we speak. I’ll keep an eye on it in case further intervention is needed, but you should be good to go soon.
