The snapcraft build page never loads correctly. Looking in the network logs the build API timesout and fails silently. The screen keep saying “Waiting for builds…“ This issue prevent developers from checking build status, triggering new builds etc.
Have you tried disconnecting/reconnecting the repo ? That sometimes helps when this happens (probably something is expiring in the backend)
