The Snapcraft-Hugo repository link is experiencing intermittent disconnections. In an initial attempt to resolve the problem, I manually reset the connection (disconnect/reconnect) yesterday. The connection is broken again.
The impact, obviously, is that new versions of Hugo are not available in the Snap store.
