Hello, we’ve recently uploaded a new version of NordPass (4.11.13) to snapcraft and it shows up in our account releases page as well as in https://snapcraft.io/nordpass. However, users are not able to install it via snap install nordpass. They’re getting error snap "nordpass" not found. Has anyone encountered such an issue? Since upload to snapcraft seems to be working, is there an issue on their end?

Thank you for your post. We have recently applied some upgrades and we are reviewing the changes to the geoip data, which may be causing the issue your are seeing (we have similar reports from snaps with country restrictions). I will update this post when we have more concrete information.

We have solved this issue, it was indeed an misconfiguration of the geoip data.
