Snap install gets stuck

We have resolved a similar problem that was caused by SELinux policy, details here:

I have a Fedora 27 VM that I’ve been using to test snaps. I just woke it up, updated and rebooted it, and now snap operations freeze. Applications launch (which previously launched okay), but I can’t install anything new. As of today, the updated snapd packages are in updates-testing. Can you try dnf upgrade --enablerepo=updates-testing and check if it fixes your problem?
