so what should i do now …is it possible to fix via command or i should proceed with reinstall

i doubt either will work with your OS, talk to your OS vendor and get them to fix the system to be able to support snaps …
Hi everybody, I had the same trouble and I did succeed to solve it by restarting the snap service: systemctl restart snapd.service Good Luck!
