Snap + crouton

Bonsoir,
I use a chromebook in my workplace, all the team does, but there are two or three of us who want to have a “linux” instance in parallel and “crouton” is a great solution. I’m using Ubuntu Xenial with crouton
I’m trying to install “snapd” but I’m having a problem with it, even though I thought I had already managed to use it…strange

The error is :

root@localhost:~# sudo snap install telegram
error: cannot communicate with server: Post http://localhost/v2/snaps/telegram: dial unix /run/snapd.socket: connect: no such file or directory

root@localhost:~# systemctl status snapd.service
Running in chroot, ignoring request.

how can I alleviate this problem?
Thx in advance
