Sharing responsibility of meta-snappy (Yocto)

Sorry for the delay. The repo is now up. I"ve pushed what we had in meta-snappy, and landed a first PR with the cleanup https://github.com/snapcore/meta-snapd/pull/1. I’ve also pushed branches for dunfell (the LTS release) and honister (the current one). OE upstream does not appear to have a branch for kirkstone yet, so skipped that one. All branches have the same content as master.

I’ve @om26er and @rpjday as contributors.

Feel free to open your PRs.

Definitely a fair bit of cleanup to be done … even the honister branch keeps referring to “dunfell” (unless that’s deliberate). I’ll post some issues, just so we have a record of what I should be doing later.

Oh, I haven’t cleaned that up, just a simple s/snappy/snapd/ where it made sense and little tweaks to README. I think in the long run it’d be great to, next to a branch that is compatible with OE master, have a branch that is compatible with the current LTS releases (dunfell in this case).

I’ll start with master, and work backwards from there. Feel free to add more issues, just so we don’t lose ideas.
