Revoked snap is still getting built

Could not remove the snap repo from build io, I still get this error when removing any other snap repo I tried to remove.

I’ve created https://github.com/canonical-websites/build.snapcraft.io/issues/1171 for this. @mmtrt, can you follow up there? We need a bit more detail before we can proceed.
