Request username change: sylvain-gargasson-b → syl21

Hi,

I’d like to request a username change on the Snap Store.

I already changed my username to syl21 on both Ubuntu One (login.ubuntu.com) and Launchpad, but the Snap Store dashboard still shows the old username. The dashboard at https://dashboard.snapcraft.io/dev/account/ states “Username changes are temporarily disabled. Contact support to request a change while this restriction is active.”

Could you please update my Snap Store username to match my other Canonical accounts?

Hi there, account username changes are currently disabled.

The Store team is currently evaluating options on the best way to proceed with such requests given that the feature is disabled. Once we have a process/decision in place, we’ll let you know. Thanks for your patience!
