Request: Transfer postman to snapcrafters

As already discussed with @popey I would like to transfer the postman snap to snapcrafters so it can be kept up to date there.

@popey can you confirm your desire to maintain this in snapcrafters?

Yup. We had a conversation over email, and we have committed to maintaining this in snapcrafters. We’ll import the repo to snapcrafters once the transfer is done.
