Hello Snapcraft Team,

I would like to apply for the Verified Account status for our company, ASUS, to ensure our users can clearly identify our official snaps.

Additionally, as part of this process, I would like to request the transfer of ownership for our snap to our official group account. Please find the details for both requests below:

1. Snap Ownership Transfer Request

  • Snap name: myasus-for-linux

  • Target account (Group email): ASC_app@asus.com (Note: We are consolidating our official snaps under this group account for better team management.)

2. Verified Publisher Request

  • A list of the snaps: myasus-for-linux

  • Company: ASUS

  • My Role: Project Manager (Software Services Development and Maintenance)

  • Group email address: ASC_app@asus.com

  • Our Partnership/Collaboration: ASUS develops and maintains essential software services and hardware integrations. We are eager to bring our official software services to the Snap ecosystem and provide a trusted experience for our Linux users.

But in order to finalize the transfer and verified publisher request, you should register an account with that email - it currently does not exist.

Hello,

it seems that the account is present in the forums, but not the store yet.

Can you try logging in with that email here: Install Linux apps using the Snap Store | Snapcraft (top right “Sign in” button)?
