Request for manual review - snap removed due to licensing issue, now corrected

Hello,

I’m requesting a manual review of my snap, which was removed from the Snap Store due to a licensing issue.

The snap was originally published with an incorrect LGPL-3 license declaration. This was an error on my side, as I was not sufficiently familiar with the licensing requirements at the time.

I have since:

  • corrected the license to proprietary;

  • prepared a proper EULA with legal counsel;

  • updated the relevant information in the Snap Store dashboard;

  • submitted a request through the dashboard regarding the issue.

It has now been around two weeks since I submitted the request, but I have not received a response yet.

The snap being unavailable in the Store is significantly affecting new installations and our statistics, so I would greatly appreciate it if someone could review the case or let me know if any additional information or changes are required from my side.

I hope this app will soon be available in the snap store again. It is a very functional and easy to use application.
