Request for dbus slot declaration for klipr

Snap name: klipr Publisher: nguyenduc2309

Requesting approval for the following slot declaration in snap/snapcraft.yaml:

slots: dbus-klipr: interface: dbus bus: session name: snap.klipr

Reason: klipr is a GTK4 clipboard-manager tray app. It needs to own this D-Bus name for two things:

  1. Single-instance enforcement for the GApplication.
  2. Exposing a “toggle-window” action (org.gtk.Actions) so a global keyboard shortcut can activate the already-running instance directly, instead of relaunching the whole GTK4 process on every keypress (~40-80ms vs ~140ms measured).

The name is namespaced under snap. (snap.klipr), so it cannot collide with any other publisher’s snap.

Revisions 4 (versions 1.2.6) are currently stuck in “not approved” pending this review.

The snap.klipr d-bus name makes sense for the snap named klipr. This is now live
