Request auto-connection of kerberos-tickets for Chromium

In LP:1849346, access to web pages gated by Kerberos was fixed.

We would now like to request the automatic connection of kerberos-tickets so that this can work by default, as at the moment the user just gets an error page in Chromium and might not know how to proceed.
