Registering of new snap opera-gx

We are trying to register new snap name opera-gx under snapcraft@opera.com when trying to use https://snapcraft.io/register-snap it does not seem to proceed

Hi, could you please elaborate if there’s an error presented on the frontend on clicking Register?

Could you also try a snapcraft register opera-gx on the CLI?

There is no error on frontend. After running CLI I got message:
