Ok, thanks for letting me know. Yes, it seems this is a SaaS issue that support are looking at, so it seems it is linked to that. I will update you if/when it gets resolved.
Otherwise thank you for your feedback, I will make sure the product team are aware of the difficulties you are facing.
@mikecw is there anything going on right now? I am unable to send any scripts to any of my devices. We are trying to do critical steps on devices on production with scripts, but nothing seems to be working :\ Some get picked up and stay in progress, some never get picked up.
Let me see if I can find out - Landscape is not technically my area anymore…
