Python Errors in Core22?

I recently snapped Curtail a popular image compressing utility, build was successful but the app wont run gives the following error -:

Can anyone guide me in resolving this problem, P.S. I did used the workarounds of video-downloader snap but they were unsuccessful too.

well am using automatic build service of snapcraft using launchpad, i believe i cant configure it ??
