Portability for Snap Apps

Hello, I am an old user of Windows and as you can imagine I am having problems adapting to my new operative system which is Ubuntu 18.04. Upon entering Linux I realized that there were many ways to install applications and most of it by the command terminal, but it becomes very difficult for me to install the applications mainly because of the fact that I have to go to a cybercafe where computers use Windows.
So I was wondering if Snapcraft Store could implement an app package system that I can download and then transport in USB storage units so that I could take it to my house and I know that they are self-extracted and installed just by double-clicking it (just like with USB storage units .exe files on Windows).
I don’t know if such a thing already exists but I think it would be very useful for new Linux users who are coming from Windows.
