Canonical Data team would like to takeover the ownership for SNAP postgresql:
The snap has no updates since 2018 and git repo has no commits for the last 9 years: Install postgresql on Linux | Snap Store
Data team is planning to resurrect the snap and start releasing it on the regular basis.
The initial PR has been prepared already. Pending SNAP ownership only (the namespace requested by Data PM team).

I will be glad to help with the ownership transfer. It would be great if the previous owner added you as collaborators and dropped a message here that they are OK with this transfer.
Also, I suppose we need to agree on which account to use as an owner account. Do you want to use some team account or the main Canonical account?

The new owner account should be shared Canonical Data team one, the same as the current MySQL SNAP owner: Install mysql on Linux | Snap Store
