New 4.5 track for Blender

Hi,

I’ve noticed that 4.5 seems to be an LTS release, and in previous track requests for LTS releases, the convention seems to be to append lts to the track (see 3.6lts for example).

Given this, would you like to proceed with 4.5lts or 4.5 for the track?
