The Easy-Openvpn snap provides a systemd service definition file for the Server side of the vpn connection but not the client. It is not hard to modify the existing server systemd file to create one for the client side, the problem is, the next time the system performs a Easy-Openvpn snap update it will become invalidated. If we are running a remote device in the field and connecting over SSL vpn’s (as a client) using the Easy-Openvpn snap, the systemd service control mechanism must survive a snap update.
