how to move app to another account

I posted several applications in the snap-store on my personal account and now I need to move them to a working account. how to do it?

Let me know which snaps you want to transfer, and the destination account(s) for each and I’ll contact you by email to confirm and process.

Be aware this may take a few days as I won’t have regular access to a computer until next week.
